We met chatting on dating app “Plenty Of Fish’. Two single parents originally looking for good company & conversation.

After a few weeks of texting, I stalked him one night after a late shift at the hospital when
I turned up to his local club, he didn’t believe I was actually there onsite as I was texting him so he just
left to go home. I followed him to the bus stop outside where we sat and just spoke for hours, long into
the early hours of the morning. I then offered to drive him home, once arriving in his driveway he very
courteously announced “schedule the second meeting”, gave me a sneaky 1st kiss and skipped off inside.

We then met in public, in daylight hours a few days later at Macca’s on Glen’s lunch break (just to make
sure he was not a serial killer). Our relationship and love developed from there…..

The proposal

We were sitting down to an early xmas dinner (a time when we could have all our 5 girls together with
us in one spot on one day). we were exchanging gifts and Glen handed my 2 girls a gift to give me from
them, it was diamond earrings, he then handed his 3 girls a gift to give me from them and it was a
matching diamond necklace. He then handed me a box with a magnificent matching diamond ring and a
card with a beautiful story about us and asked me to marry him and have our families become one.
